When you join the WYM waitlist, we collect your email address and the interests you select. When you submit a swimming facility, we collect the facility information you provide. We may also collect basic website analytics such as page views and button interactions.
How we use information
We use this information to send WYM updates, understand community interests, improve our website and product development, review facility submissions, and respond to partnership inquiries.
Email and service providers
Waitlist information may be processed by Mailchimp, our email service provider. You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time by using the link included in each email.
Facility submissions
Approved facility information may be displayed publicly in the WYM Pool Finder. Do not submit private personal information through the facility form.
